Street Fighter V - vs. ALEX, Which characters are plus or really unsafe after blocked moves

So this is useful info ... basically when X character attacks and you block a move, you need to know if they get to keep attacking (they are PLUS on block) or if it is something you should punish (they are 3 or 4 or more negative and close enough to you).

Alex    +3    After you block the towards+HP "lariat" up hitting clothesline thing, he is +3. 

Alex    +2    On block of d,u+KK air stampede (stomp) EX version. 

Alex    +2    oBlock of st.LP, st.MP, or cr.LP

Alex    -5    On block of regular d,u+K air stampede (stomp).

Alex    -2,-6,-7,-17 for oBlock LK Slash Elbow, MK, HK, EX

Alex    -4,-4,-6,-2  for oBlock  LP, MP, HP, EX Flash Chop

Alex    -8    oBlk of CHOP (Twrds+MP)

Alex    -3    st.HP

Alex    -4    st.HK

Alex    -8    cr.HP

Alex    -3    cr.MK

Alex    -12    cr.HK
