Pretty good. Feels a little like Lovecraft (I think I’ve read all the major Lovecraft stuff), in that it isn’t light reading. Dense would you call it, like dense in description maybe. 1935 in Weird Tales volume 25.

Namirrha (Narthos) is the once orphaned beggar-boy Narthos turned ultra magic user. Turned evil from hate of mistreatment.
Some cool stuff listed-
- Dying earth situation (before Jack Vance, but so far is less talked about by characters)
- A skeleton, taller than any man, walked forth. I think embers for eyes, hateful. A long black tongue, it spoke intelligently.
- Demons under the control of an ultra powerful sorcerer.
- Sorcerer summoned/moved in one night a city with towers like white fungus. They say the demons helped him by order.
